Three things are necessary for us to give you a quote: 1. Drawing or picture of your sign (ideally a vector drawing such as .eps, .cdr, .dwg, etc.). 2. The size of your sign. 3. We will send you a quotation within 24 hours after receiving that information. Yes, our sign products are waterproof and weatherproof. If you are concerned about specific climate conditions, please let us know the climate characteristics of your area — such as strong sunlight or heavy rain — so that we can provide suitable advice and protection options.
We provide a comprehensive installation package including: 1:1 layout template, wiring diagram, installation notes, stud bolts, washers, and nuts — everything you need for a smooth installation.
We require a 50% deposit before production, with the balance due before shipment. Since all our signage products are fully customized, we need to cover the cost of raw materials and labor upfront. Paying a deposit helps to ensure that both parties honour the agreement of the offer to purchase.
We provide one year free replacement for non-human damaged signs. If any issue arises during this period, we will produce and ship replacements to you free of charge.
Our signs have a 1-year warranty. If any letter or component has problems during this period, we will send you a new one free of charge. Our commitment is to ensure your complete satisfaction.
